This article presents the 25th installment of the Swedish National Atlas, comprising four sections: railways (development 1856–1968), road density (using coordinate method to illustrate road frequency), population and industries in municipal blocks, and cultural-historical buildings and museums. The railway section uses nine maps and diagrams to outline network expansion and its impact on traffic and regional development; the road density section applies the coordinate method for the first time, clearly showing roadless areas and comparing freight volumes between rail and truck; the population section analyzes industrial types and cross-municipal commuting based on 1966 data; the cultural section documents historically valuable buildings, villages, and museums through maps and texts. Together, these provide a comprehensive overview of Sweden's geography, transportation, and culture.
