Henning Mørch reviews the 1982 volume Atlas zur Raumentwicklung. 0: Verwaltungsgrenzen, which shows administrative boundaries at the time of the 1960 reform and the reforms of the early 1980s. It covers general administrative divisions at several levels and specialized divisions for planning, the labor market, and the judiciary. Mørch considers the volume of limited interest on its own, but a logical and necessary part of the atlas series.
