Reports of ICA commissions: Atlases

Summary

The ICA Commission on Atlases reports three 2012 events. It co-organized a Kiev conference (12–15 September) on national atlases, with 64 presentations, mostly on Ukrainian atlas production; a Guangzhou workshop (21 October) on city atlases, mainly Chinese examples though some covered wider regions; and a Vienna SOMAP session (22 November) presenting 11 new Central European atlases. The text records programmes and participants, not decisions.
