Summary

This review examines the second series of the Atlas of Australian Resources, published by the Department of National Development, Canberra. Following the first series' focus on physical geography, this installment centers on economy and transportation, comprising five maps: relief, population change (1933–1947), forests, roads and airfields, and railways.
