Summary

The Belgian National Atlas, after eighteen years of dedicated work by geographers from four universities, is nearing completion, with ten additional maps required before publication, ultimately comprising sixty-three maps. Initiated by the Belgian National Committee of Geography, it receives support from the Belgian Government. A new air link has been established between Ethiopia and India, with Air India services now stopping at Entebbe and Addis Ababa weekly on flights between Bombay and Nairobi.
