National Atlas of Norway

Summary

At the end of 1979 the Ministry of Environment appointed a steering committee for the work with the National Atlas of Norway. The aim of the atlas is to make a decisionoriented information system for public administration, social and regional planning and political and educational work. The atlas will be produced and published by the Geographical Survey of Norway. The first delivery, a folder containing base map examples for the Norwegian mainland, and a descriptive pamphlet, will be ready for distribution during 1982.
