Summary

The National Atlas of Senegal, produced by a team of forty French and Senegalese professors and researchers, was published in 1977 by IFAN in Dakar, comprising 148 pages and 65 map plates. Supported by former President Léopold Sédar Senghor, the atlas aims to comprehensively present Senegal's historical, cultural, and geographical realities while situating the country within a global context.
