Summary

The commission reported publication of the Madrid seminar proceedings in June 1993 and production of “Technical and Organisational Approaches to National and Regional Atlas Production.” It participated in the Visegrad seminar and anticipated a South American seminar in August 1994. Bengt Rystedt prepared “National and Regional Atlases: the Electronic Era” at the fifth UN Regional Cartographic Conference for the Americas in January 1993.
