Within a survey of regional atlases, the Rhodesia and Nyasaland Federal Atlas Maps are noticed as sheets at 1:2,500,000 issued by the Federal Department of Trigonometrical and Topographical Surveys in Salisbury. Eight sheets published in 1960–1961 are listed: No. 3 relief and aeronautical, 6B tsetse, 9 population density (from the May 1956 census, distinguishing Africans from non-Africans), 10 vegetation, 12A rainfall, 15 relative humidity, 16 sunshine, and 19 electricity generation and distribution.
